I enjoy music, sailing, and baking. I value time spent with friends and my loving partner. My life is stitched by a common thread of womanhood. As a birth and postpartum doula, I believe every birthing person deserves continuous, compassionate support during one of life's most transformative experiences. I hold space, guard energy, and embrace all expressions of whimsey and silly.

Holistic Doula Certificate

A comprehensively transformative 4-month program that blends various aspects of maternal health. We learn how modern perinatal practices can be complemented holistically, giving us a well-rounded insight into both prenatal and postpartum care. Areas of study include acupressure, pregnancy nutrition, anatomy and physiology, energetic bodywork, lactation support, and postpartum rituals.
